We all need a little guidance every now and then. The stars have always acted as a guide for sailors navigating land and sea. The celestial bodies can also help you navigate life. A natal chart delineates character, identifies skills, reveals potentials, and explains psychological motivations. Knowing areas you may struggle with or where you are lacking is like getting a hurricane warning so you can batten down the hatches and steer your ship away from treacherous seas to keep from capsizing. As your chart shows you your skills and strengths you use them to sail full steam ahead towards the land of your full potential.
Ok, I'm done with the sailing metaphor and the why a natal chart. I'll move on to the how of a natal. In the following pages, you'll learn beyond your Sun sign, which is what most people know as their sign. The placement of each planet, meaning the sign and house it was in at the time of birth, will be explained. If you're unfamiliar with houses the best way to explain them is to explain what they represent within the chart.
The planets represent “What” as in what type of core energies are manifested. The zodiac signs represent “How” as in how the planet's energy is expressed. The houses of the zodiac represent “Where” as in where in your life you will experience the energy.
There are several websites that can tell you the signs and houses of each planet. What I've put together goes beyond giving you the data. First I'll walk you through your chart giving you general information about the what (planet), how (sign), and where (house). Then I'll interpret what those three things mean for you. After each placement is a blank page for you to take notes, write your thoughts, etc. After all your placements details is a guided journal with general questions for the Sun, Rising, Moon, and Chiron and more specific questions for your corresponding signs.
I truly hope you have a deeper understanding of yourself by the end.
